Founded in 1980, the company initially focused on major industrial structures in Visakhapatnam (1980-1988). From 1989 to 2003, SRK Infra expanded its operations across 8 states, executing major projects in canals, dams, railways, and irrigation. Since 2003, the company has advanced into the residential, commercial, and retail building sectors with projects like SRK Gardens (premium residential blocks in Bengaluru), SRK Destiny (commercial building in Visakhapatnam), Vista Residences (upscale gated community in Hyderabad), The Villagio (Mediterranean-style villas in Bengaluru), The Estates (large estate plots with a resort in Bengaluru), and The Earth (boutique plotted community in Bengaluru).
